Counselling and Coaching whilst different do have similarities. Both offer a space to connect within, to the heart, body, and soul whilst offering the mind a space to rest or pause. Much of the time we run from one activity or task or thought to another without pause. We avoid feeling our feelings and yet when we are resourced we can explore and release things that bind us to past patterns limiting our choices of how we live, respond and react in our lives.

Simply Sacred sessions offer simple ways to find healing of old wounds and to source the pathway to chosen ways of being that we are worthy of, deserving of, and thus able to return to love for ourselves and others.
