Hello, my name is Catherine and I am a Sacred Facilitator, mBIT Certified Coach, NLP Practitioner, Social Worker, Counsellor, and Life Coach. My passion is to help you on your healing journey and support you in integrating healing with your heart, mind, soul, and body.
Catherine Evans: Compassionate Space Holder
With a gift for holding trauma-informed sacred space, I guide women on their unique spiritual and personal growth paths. My approach integrates trauma-informed practices with big-picture perspectives, balanced by an inner focus that enables women to re-member how to sit with themselves, allowing what needs to move through to move through.
Through sacred circles, workshops, and heart-centered coaching, I hold the intention to bring presence to any space I am in, creating a unique environment that supports women in feeling belonging, connection, and healing. The intentions held in these spaces include, but are not limited to, reclaiming the sacred self alongside motherhood, embracing the feminine way of flow, and following natural rhythms rather than trying to force, fix, or flick off feelings, sensations, or emotions.
I have a deep affinity with the power of heart intelligence and seek to support the woman inside the mother. My mission is to create transformative spaces where women can connect deeply with themselves and others, fostering a sense of wholeness and empowerment.

Training & Qualifications
Catherine’s foundational training was a Bachelor of Social Work and Catherine over the years had developed an interest in trauma as being a core element of people’s distress past or present. Catherine a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) which guides her ethics and standards of practice. Catherine approaches her practice through a strength-based lens with a distinct focus on possibility and empowerment.
She is inspired by the Power Threat Meaning Framework, which suggests that many of the issues people experience can be explained in terms of the power dynamics at play in their lives, the threats they have experienced or are currently experiencing, and the meaning they have attributed to these threats. The framework proposes that mental health difficulties and life challenges are not the result of individual pathology or biology, but rather are understandable in the context of an individual’s life experiences and the broader social and cultural factors that influence them. By taking a broader, more systemic approach to understanding the wellbeing of an individual, the Power Threat Meaning Framework offers a new way of thinking about and addressing challenges.
Catherine works from a trauma-informed approach and has received training in Blue Knot Safety & Stabilisation, Processing and Integration as well as Comprehensive Resource Model and more recently Embodied Processing Level 1 & 2 with The Centre For Healing. Additionally, Catherine is a certified Professional Life Coach, an NLP Practitioner, Time Line Therapy Practitioner, and a certified mBIT Coach.
